Coach Registration - Spring 2024
Coaching Requirements:
- Register as a coach for RWLL using the above Team Snap link. In your registration, please note the name, grade and age of the player you wish to coach.
- Once you register in Team Snap, you will receive an email to complete an online national background check that is required by Little League International. This background check must be completed every year.
- Provide copies to RWLL of your PA clearances (see links below) - these clearances are mandated by the State of Pennsylvania and must be submitted to RWLL prior to the start of the season. These clearances are good for five years - they do not need to be resubmitted each year if they are still within the five year period.
Per Little League International and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, there can be NO exceptions to the above requirements. Some of the aforementioned clearances may take several weeks to process, so please do not delay--start the process today!

For all unpaid adult volunteers (18 and over) who come in contact with minor children (under 18)

- FBI Fingerprinting
Required only if NOT a PA resident for the past 10 years. Click here if you became a PA resident within the past 10 years:
If you have been a resident of PA for at least the past 10 years, you may submit an affidavit in lieu of fingerprinting.
